Do you take insurance?

As of right now, we are private pay only. However, we will be taking insurance starting in the summer of 2025! However if you are looking to still utilize your insurance, take a look at our payment options to see how you can still do so!

What are my payment options?

We generally offer 3 options:

Option 1: Superbill. You will pay the full rate for speech therapy and then receive a superbill for the therapy service. A superbill basically acts as a receipt for therapy. You can then send your insurance company the superbly and they will reimburse you the for the coverage that they would have provided if you chose an in-network provider.

Option 2: Private Pay. This is a great option for those who are seeking more frequent or longer therapy sessions, as insurance companies will only cover a limited amount of speech therapy. Email us for our private rate as this has been lowered while we are not taking insurance.

If none of these options work, please email us so that we can come up with a payment plan. We pride ourselves in understanding financial situations and want to make sure everyone has access and can afford quality therapy!

What is the process for getting an appointment?

Email us at info@brain-bridge-therapy.com with your information. We will then find a day and time that works best for you and will email you any documents that must ben completed before therapy can begin.
